We train

An apprenticeship at PoVoTec means more than just learning a trade – it is your start to a successful career. We attach great importance to practical and future-oriented training in which you learn from experienced specialists and work with state-of-the-art technology.

Our apprentice Lukas Poggel is an outstanding example of the quality of our training. In 2024, he was the chamber winner and NRW state winner in his field, proving himself to be one of the best young talents in machining technology. In 2025, he will be competing at the World Skills German Championships in milling.

Certificates

Our high standards of quality and expertise are also reflected in the success of our apprentice Lukas Poggel.

The award ceremony for the NRW state winner took place in Dortmund on October 26, 2024. The certificate was presented by Mona Neubaur (NRW Minister for Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Protection and Energy) and the event was moderated by Manuela Padberg.
